Aayush started therapy 6 months ago at HOPE physiotherapy clinic. At the time this sweet 10 month old child had difficulty with regulation, he would cry all the time. There was a delay in his gross motor and fine motor development. Functionally for a infant of 10 months he was able to hold is head in all postures , come from supine or prone to sit, sit on a mat independently. He had difficulty holding objects in the Left hand and had asymmetric posture. Movements on his left side was limited. Transitions in and out of sitting was limited. And would pref9er to W sit and play with objects. Using neuro-development treatment technique were were able to teach him varying movement pattern, transition, actively elongate shortened muscles. Currently he is able to reach for objects with good hand posturing, build a tower of beakers 3 stacks high, transition independently from floor to pushing up to stand and walk 10 steps with one hand support.
